This hotel is in a great spot—it's peaceful and beautiful, plus it's just a short walk to everything. the bed is really comfortable, and my room was spacious and recently updated. I also noticed that the pool area was very clean. 🏊♂️.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the 2 castles as well as the Old Town. Found Symposium with perfect drinks 300 metres away.
The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

The place was reasonably priced. Generally, truly enjoyed this well-maintained and quiet accommodation with excellent staff from receptionist to maids. We got new-fashioned comfort double room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. There was lots of fab meals.

The family room was nicely updated with a balcony and a stunning view, plus an extra single bed, and the location was beautiful and conveniently close to Lewes Priory Park.

The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. Food at the restaurant was amazing! Well worth the price. Although we didn't choose hotel because of the spa, selections were very affordable so we indulged. The hotel itself is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it is a short (ten or so) minute walk from the train station and bus stops. There is a local grocery store even closer. A nature trail just outside the hotel takes you down to a nearby waterfall, a hike of about five minutes.
Blankets were a little small, but adequate.

I like that the room is clean and it has a terrace. Staff is helpful spoke english pretty well and understood my question. It's quiet and they have plenty of parking which a+.
I'm supposed to only pay 144 euro for 1 night and I ended up paying 200 euro, since they put an extra bed which I didn't asked for for my small children. Their food doesn't have a lot of hot choices for breakfast. I thought that there were free internet (wifi) in the room, but you actually have to go downstair to connect and it was tooooooo slow so I gave up to check my email! I also booked this hotel since I thought they have a good indoor pool lol I should have known better, their pool is like a square size that can only fit 4 people, this pool is not really for swimming but to just dip yourself ha ha what a joke! Well atleast my children didn't mind so I guess it's ok.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. It was easy to find and located in a lovely quiet area of town. the room was a reasonable size and the staff were friendly. the hotel also had a restaurant with good quality, reasonably priced food. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute stroll along the river to the town of Fussen. Cons: Nothing not to like. 👍.

Great for the family of four, service was great and comforting. They speak english very well and the food was very well perpared. The castles were far enough to where you could enjoy your family away from all the nosie, but close enough to drive too. It is a nice getaway from the hussle and bussle of the world.
Very friendly atomospher, from the guest to the staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was warm and comfortable and my bedroom was spacious and quiet. I stayed in Fussen to visit Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, but discovered that the town was charming itself. The Basilica is beautiful inside and the castle interesting. After a long day sightseeing I enjoyed relaxing in the pool albeit too small for swimming, and using the sauna and steam room. It was very convenient to eat in the dining room rather than go out again. There is a lovely riverside walk from the hotel to the town, only about 10 minutes. The reception staff were excellent being friendly and helpful.

This was a beautiful location, although not too close to town. We had to take a taxi. We also had to take a taxi to the castles. I thought it would be closer to town. It was very clean, had a beautiful balcony and a elegant lobby and dining room. Very pretty.
